We remain committed to bringing the highest quality early childhood education and care to our children and their families. We regularly update our curricula to align with national and state standards.
In our classrooms we have implemented the Creative Curriculum. Your child’s classroom will provide children with opportunity to experience themes and new concepts through a variety of modalities. Children will experience new ideas through sight, touch, smell, sound and taste.
Through the use of the Creative Curriculum the children learn to plan and organize their day. They move from center to center exploring and playing with friends and teachers alike. Our programs are tailored by age groups. Learning environments that keep our two year old’s fingers busy and their mind engaged and happy to our prekindergarten children where daily activities develop the children’s academic skills while also enhancing social skills and also preparing them for the next exciting step — kindergarten!
Progress evaluations are performed annually. Parent/teacher conferences are performed at least annually. Additional conferences are held as necessary. We strongly encourage parent participation. There are monthly Parent Association meeting where a variety of topics are discussed. Guest speakers are occasionally invited.
Throughout the school year a variety of festivities are held in the classroom where parents and invited and encouraged to attend. We also encourage parent volunteers whenever schedules allow.
